1. Eligibility for Refund
– If your insurance application has been submitted but the road tax has not yet been printed, you are eligible for a refund within 12 hours of submission.
– To request a refund, please contact us at nazad.ins.roadtax@gmail.com with your transaction details.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
– Once the road tax has been printed, refunds are not available under any circumstances.
– Any requests beyond the 12-hour refund window will not be entertained.

3. Refund Process
– Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
– Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.
